“Tank Maintenance”

Besides from the elegant look and stylish finish, our Aquatica Gallery R&D teams have spent much effort and resources in designing a hassle-free, easy to maintain aquatic system.  By following our simple maintenance instructions you can enjoy years of clean and healthy living environment for your favorite fish.

  • Direct Sunlight, drafts, and air-conditioning vents should be avoided when selecting a location for your Aquatica Gallery aquarium.  This is to eliminate unwanted algae growth and constant fluctuating changes in water temperatures.
  • Aquarium light should not be on for more than 6 hours a day.
  • Clean the sponge in your underwater filter once  a month and use active charcoal to eliminate water odor and coloring.
  • Drain the bottom debris and fish deposits once every 3-6 months.
  • Minimal food feeding is recommended to eliminate unconsumed food to pile up and pollute water quality. (See Fish Care instruction)
Don't hesitate to ask your local fish supplier or a local aquarium hobbyist group any questions you may have about your aquarium or the animals in it.
