A: Yes !! It is a self-contained real fish tank equipped complete with filtration system, air pump, lighting unit...etc. It resembles a portrait painting or plasma TV mount on your wall (not inside!) yet it is actually an aesthetic living picture with live beautiful fishes.

Q: How often does water need to be changed?
A: Aquatica Gallery Wall aquariums are equipped with highly efficient filtration and water changing system that requires only minimum maintenances. Only approx. 10 minutes each month to replace filter cartridge and spend 10 minutes every 6 months draining and adding 25-30% of the water using the proprietary Easy Water Drain System.

A: The designing and engineering of Aquatica Gallery Wall Aquariums are with the concept of long time enjoyment and easy maintenance in mind. All aquariums are equipped with hidden internal power supply outlets. Simply unplug and discard the worn out components and replace them with new ones when necessary.

Q: My air pump failed after a period of time of usage. Where can I get replacements for it?
A: Aquatica Gallery aquatic electrical components and accessories are of standard sizes and can be either purchase directly from us or from your local aquarium pet stores.

Q: When can I put in the fishes?
A: It is recommended that you treat and cycle the water (See Fish Care) in a newly set up aquarium for 5-7 days before putting the fishes in. This allows the biological and chemical contents of the water to settle and become a suitable living environment for the fish.

Q: How many fish can I put into my fish tank?
A: The general rule of thumb is: 1 fish of size one inch ¨ per gallon of water. If your tank is of 12 gallons then you can put 12 one inch ¨ or two inches ¨ fish in the tank.

Q: Can I use my Aquatica Gallery Wall Aquarium as a salt water tank?
A: Yes !! However, we do not recommend so unless you are an experienced salt water aquarium hobbyist. Any modifications to the Aquatica Gallery Aquariums will void all warranties.
